Cancellation Policy

All payments are final and there will be no refund for the appointment sessions completed. You may reschedule the appointment within 24 hours from the original appointment session. There will be a 10% cancellation fee or a no-show fee charge. In some occasions all appointments may take less than the minutes indicated per appointment session, the payment rate will remain as stated for each session appointment regardless. For Childcare Application Review Service Only, It is required for you to submit your full application to our email at earlyeducationsrvs@gmail.com right after receiving a confirmation. The email should be titled in the subject box with the word application along with your full name and date of appointment in order to review your application and have a review report ready. If fail to do so there will be no review report on the date of the appointment and you will be subject to the full payment with No Refund
